This year's "Government Work Report" proposed to "promote the solution of the old residential areas to install elevators, parking and other problems." The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development said that it is necessary to earnestly implement the renovation plan of old urban communities this year to ensure the high quality of the annual task; Arrange the transformation plan in 2025 as early as possible and fight the "14th Five-Year Plan" transformation task. This year, we will also build a number of complete communities, make up for the shortcomings of facilities such as one old and one young, strengthen the construction of a barrier-free environment and age-appropriate renovation, and create a number of models for the construction of child-friendly Spaces.

 

Previously, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other departments have issued a notice to rationally arrange the renovation plan of old urban communities in 2024. We will vigorously renovate and upgrade residential communities (including single residential buildings) that were built earlier in age, lost maintenance and maintenance, have obvious shortcomings in facilities, and have a strong desire to transform residents, focusing on the renovation of old urban communities that need to be rebuilt before the end of 2000. Encourage the reasonable expansion of the renovation implementation units, according to the needs of promoting the joint transformation of adjacent communities and surrounding areas, and on the premise of ensuring that the transformation task of the old residential communities that need to be rebuilt before the end of 2000 can be completed on schedule, the residential communities built after the end of 2000 and before the end of 2005 can be included in the transformation scope according to the local financial capacity.
