Recently, the National Data Bureau and other departments released the first 20 typical cases of "data elements ×" at the seventh Digital China Summit. The "Exploring data elements to empower small commodity Digital trade facilitation" submitted by Yiwu City stood out from more than 800 cases across the country and was successfully selected.

The reporter learned from the Yiwu Data Management Center that in recent years, the city has actively explored the path of data-enabled trade facilitation, comprehensively improved the visualization degree of trade links by creating comprehensive applications of digital free trade of small commodities, and cracked the problems of difficult orders, difficult shipments, difficult financing, and large trade risks for small and medium-sized micro-entities. In practice, on the basis of trade data, we actively promote the integration and application of multi-party data such as public data, innovate and develop data products, serve upstream and downstream enterprises and financial institutions, explore the path of data transaction circulation and income, effectively promote the deep integration of the city's market business entities and related industries and application scenario innovation, and form a new format and characteristic brand of digital trade.

Since its launch, the app has registered more than 4.05 million buyers, and the amount of online trade services has exceeded 137 billion yuan. Based on the enterprise credit information system, the total amount of credit granted reached 9.057 billion yuan, and the amount of loan reached 3.558 billion yuan, which benefited more than 33,000 small and micro enterprises.

It is reported that the first batch of 20 "data elements ×" typical cases cover 12 industries and fields such as industrial manufacturing, modern agriculture, trade circulation, and transportation, covering 12 provinces (regions, municipalities) such as Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and some central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, which strongly highlights the multiplier effect of data elements to promote economic and social development.
